Aubrey is a social media addict, true go-getter, extroverted social butterfly, community advocate, spontaneous adventurer, night owl, entrepreneur, and Iowa farm gal.
Growing up on a farm in a small town in Iowa, Aubrey found herself playing dress up with anything in reach as a child – mom’s high heels, aunt’s lipstick, friend’s curlers, Barbie clothes – but mostly with frilly brightly-colored dresses and matching shoes and hair accessories. Her addiction to earrings spawned especially early as she begged her mom to let her pierce her ears at the age of 6. Always dreaming of living life in the fast lane in a big city, Aubrey found herself at the University of Miami where she studied International Finance & Marketing and Accounting.
Aubrey always plays the part and dresses accordingly. Whether it be a night out dancing in flashy neon, a classic modern take on a dinner date with the girls, strolling the hipster look through the Design District, or impressing her clients in chic sophistication, Aubrey’s style is versatile but always comfortable (and always stays true to her Iowa roots).
Living the post-college life as an entrepreneur and lead stylist for Gallery Atlantic, Aubrey immerses herself in a variety of cultures, industries, and scenes. Event hopping from foodie indulgences to fashion blogger bashes to tweetups is just an ordinary weekday night. Aubrey acknowledges how lucky she is to be living in the city which plays host to Art Basel, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, Funkshion, Fashion’s Night Out, StyleWeek Resort, and grand openings galore.
When Aubrey isn’t playing dress-up for a night’s event, she can be found working diligently at a comfy coffee shop, tweeting frantically on her phone, scrolling through Facebook’s newsfeed, breaking out a sweat at boxing, or re-gaining those burned calories indulging in Miami’s tasty cuisine.
