What payment methods do you accept and when do you charge my card?

Payment can currently be made by American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged by Gallery Atlantic Inc. when the product is ready to ship. At that time you will receive a receipt from Gallery Atlantic along with a tracking number for your order. If your order requires multiple shipments, you will be charged the full order amount when the first shipment is ready. At that time you will receive a receipt for the full order amount and a tracking number for the first shipment. 

It is possible that due to high demand or other circumstances, an item that you order may be out of stock. If an item that you ordered is out of stock, Gallery Atlantic will notify you by email and cancel the order. Your credit card will not be charged. In the unusual circumstance that your credit card is charged and then an item is found to be out of stock, you will be refunded in full. For more information about refunds, see our "Return Policy" below.

By entering your billing information and payment information, you confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your credit card issuer refuses to authorize payment, Gallery Atlantic will not be held responsible for delivery delays or cancellation. 

 



Is an online payment secure with a regular Visa or Mastercard?

Yes. It is of utmost importance both for your security and our own to ensure that galleryatlantic.com is extremely secure especially when it comes to our customers' credit card information. All credit card transactions are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To further protect your shopping experience, galleryatlantic.com employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, secured by Thawte.

 

While Gallery Atlantic Inc. takes all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, in the absence of any negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site. In other words, it is your responsibility to secure your own Internet connection and transfer of information as with any other online payment system.



Where do you ship and hom much will it cost me?

Shipping options and costs may vary depending on your order and shipping address. We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States via UPS. Our Shipping Calculator in the Billing section of the Checkout process will display your shipping options for each order.



How long does it take from the time I order until you ship my item(s)?

We aim to dispatch orders within 7 business days of receiving an order. The displayed delivery times in the calculator are to be used as an estimated time only. These estimated times begin from the "Ready to Ship" date displayed for each item. Since each item may have a different "Ready to Ship" date, you may receive orders in multiple shipments. This is noted in your order confirmation and you will be notified of this by email with each shipment confirmation.



Can I track my order?

Yes. Each time Gallery Atlantic ships an item, we send you an email confirmation with a UPS tracking number for that shipment. With that tracking number, you can check the shipment status through ups.com. In the near future, Gallery Atlantic will release its own tracking feature that will allow you to track the status of each item ordered from the moment it is ordered until the moment it is delivered and verified by UPS.



What if I gave you the wrong shipping address?

As the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping information is correct. Any additional delivery charges due to incorrect shipping information that you provided will be your responsibility and may result in delays receiving your order. If you wish to ship items to multiple locations, please submit separate orders for each shipping address.



What happens if my product my product gets delivered t the wrong address or lost or damaged en-route?

Gallery Atlantic Inc. Takes responsibility for anything that may happen to your order during shipping until it reaches the shipping destination you provided to us during checkout. For this reason, Gallery Atlantic requires a signature upon delivery of your order. Once an item has been delivered to the shipping address provided to us, Gallery Atlantic no longer bears responsibility for that item. Gallery Atlantic does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

 

If your shipping information specifies the name of a recipient different from your account information or your billing information, you are verifying that the signature by that person (or any person at that address) is acceptance of the delivery and that Gallery Atlantic Inc. Has fulfilled its shipping obligations of the items signed for.



How do I cancel an item that I ordered?

To cancel any part of your order, contact our Customer Care department at (561) 910-4111 or by email at customercare@galleryatlantic.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Our Customer Care department is open Sunday through Thursday from 9am until 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Gallery Atlantic does not require a reason for cancellation as long as the order has not already been shipped (or once a tracking number has been issued). If a tracking number has already been issued for an item, that item will be charged and delivered to you as ordered and you may return it for a refund (assuming your reason for return is acceptable). How do I make an exchange?

If you wish to exchange a product, Gallery Atlantic requires that you return the purchased product that you don't want for a refund and buy the desired item in a different and new transaction and return the one you originally purchased.
