In my mind there is no bigger trend this year than colorblocking, a look we saw a lot of in the winter wear which has now translated to brighter, more cheerful colors for spring and summer. When done correctly this look helps break up the figure, creating a bold, flattering, and often slimming look for all shapes and sizes (and who doesn’t love that?).
Accessories are just as important to polishing off your colorblock look. The key is to stay within a single family of colors; think back to your elementary school color knowledge: the primary colors are red, blue, and yellow, and they combine to make the secondary colors, orange, green, and purple. So if you start with something like a red blouse, you can pair that with a similar hue like orange, purple, or pink (a tint of red) in a skirt. Tie it together with a necklace that matches the skirt color like our Neon Pink H Shape Necklace by Adia Kibur
, mix together a neutral heel and similar shade bag like the Cindy Hobo in taupe by Chocolate
and voila! You have yourself a perfect outfit for work! Here’s a similar look for inspiration

Lets start again in our cooler shades, blue is a HUGE color this summer, pair a blue top with this summer’s must have colored jeans in green, and tie it together with a perfect colorblock bracelet like this Large Squares Bracelet by Adia Kibur
. You can polish off with the Ora Multi-Stone Necklace by Lionette
in Green which is great because it already contains multiple colors but still ties together the metallic with its gold tone details. Again, add a matching bag and shoe, and you have yourself a pulled together casual look that will take you anywhere. Here’s a similar look
